What To Expect When You Come To AFC Urgent Care In Memphis
Our goal is to see you quickly and to treat your injury or illness with the utmost quality and efficiency. You don’t need to be a regular patient of ours and you don’t need an appointment. When you aren’t feeling well, simply come to our office during our normal business hours, 8 am until 6 pm, from Monday to Friday and 8 am until 5 pm Saturday – Sunday, seven (7) days a week.
When you come see us, please bring the following information:
- Insurance Card – if you have insurance. If you don’t have insurance, we have affordable self-pay rates.
- Photo Identification
- Co-Pay (we accept cash, check, or credit card)
Check In – Upon arrival, you will be asked to complete our short registration form (if you haven’t seen us before). To speed up the process, you can print and complete a registration form at home or work and bring it with you to expedite your sign-in. Click here for the form:
See the Board-Certified Doctor – After check-in, you will be brought into our triage room where a medical specialist will assess your medical complaint. You will then be seen by our Board-Certified Doctor who will treat your illness or injury.
Aftercare – Once treated, any care supplies or medication will be prescribed and you will receive complete aftercare instructions.
